About

North Florida Real Estate School

At North Florida Real Estate School, we strive to give you an individualized education in real estate by offering smaller class sizes for more one-on-one attention. As an affiliate company to North Florida Real Estate Partners, a locally owned and operated brokerage firm, we hold the same values as our broker, James Littlejohn.

We believe in operating under the premise of doing business the right way on a daily basis. We do this by working together to provide quality services to every student, encouraging them to reach each milestone, and achieve their dreams.

All of our instructors are licensed/practicing brokers, broker associates or sales associates. This ensures that we provide real life examples in order to help you better understand the real estate concepts in today’s market. In addition, we offer exposure to a base network, enabling a “kick-start” to your career.

We look forward to collaborating with you along a successful journey towards becoming a licensed realtor.
