About the Course
Brokers and Sales Associates who have held an inactive Florida Real Estate License for more than 12 months and fewer than 24 months can reactivate their real estate license. By fulfilling the Florida Real Estate Commission’s 28 Hour Reactivation Course, associates are reinstated.

- Real Estate contracts
- Computations and client closing.
- Federal and State housing laws.
- Brokerage relationships and ethics.
